Today is a wonderful day full of love a laughter. It is a day to remember how much we appreciate and love our father's, grandfather's and husband's. To those of you whose father has passed on before, this is a day to feel gratitude for his love and influence in your life. A day to cherish the memories and relive the sacred, comforting moments of when you were together. Remember that families are forever. That there really is an eternal plan and that you are loved. Please take a moment to remember the men who have had a positive influence in your life. Whether they are uncles, step-parents, or a close family friend. We have each had our hearts touched by wonderful men who uplifted, counseled with us and taught us. Happy Fathers Day to all those who are fathers and have acted as fathers in our lives!
Of course I'm bauling and feeling selfish for not mustering up enough courage to call John yesterday. I thought about him a lot, but sometimes it's too hard to tell someone how much you love and appreciate them when the one you want the most isn't here. I love you mom. Thanks for this, I think I needed to be reminded about all the men in my life who have been amazing, including my father.
